We have just uploaded our revised agenda including newly released sessions during our first ever policy day on Monday, February 24th.  This policy conference is co-sponsored by AARP and is for anyone interested in telehealth policy in Mississippi. This day will feature speakers focused on new policy efforts and a keynote from Governor Tate Reeves.

Tuesday, February 25, 2020

The second day on Tuesday, February 25th with focus on telehealth education, and include experienced speakers providing telehealth across the state and featuring a keynote presentation from Ann Mond Johnson, CEO of the American Telemedicine Association.  This conference day will boast two professional tracks as well as several plenary presentations on topics critical to starting or running a successful telehealth program.

Sponsor / Exhibitor Details

Exhibits will setup in the evening of February 24, 2020 and be available from 8:15 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on February 25, 2020.  Exhibit times are primarily during check-in, during breaks, and during the scheduled break / vendor discovery before lunch.

All exhibitors are welcome to attend conference sessions and lunch in order to learn more about telehealth as well as visit with attendees.

Options are as follows:

  • Lunch Keynote Sponsor - $5,000
  • Breakout Session Sponsor - $3,000
  • Break Sponsor - $1,500
  • General Exhibitor - $500
